  • When is it open?

April 3 to November 11, 2025

  • What are the arrival and departure times?

Arrival between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. (9 p.m. in July and August)
If you have a problem, please contact us as soon as possible.

Departure before 10 a.m. h

  • Can I have a late checkout?

Late checkout is optional, by reservation only. Checkout from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. costs €40.
If you book Friday and Saturday nights, we offer a free late checkout on Sunday. A great saving!

  • How far is the city center?

The market, shops, and useful services are located 500 m from the hotel.

  • What is the nearest train station?

The Hotel Le Bercail is a 5-minute walk from the Saint Jean de Monts bus station, which is connected several times a day to Nantes SNCF train station by bus.

  • Where is the nearest electric car charging station?

400 m away.

  • How does checkout work?

Checkouts are before 10:00 a.m. No endless inventory when you have a long road ahead of you. Your credit card serves as a guarantee for any damage noted after your departure.

  • Are pets allowed?

No

  • Does the hotel offer smoking rooms?

The entire property is non-smoking.

  • Is there an elevator?

  • Are the rooms and suites air-conditioned?

  • If I'm traveling with a child, can I borrow a crib?

In some rooms and suites, upon reservation, we can provide a crib. for a child under 3 years old.

Is it possible to request an extra bed in my room?

Yes

  • Does the hotel have a restaurant?

No, several restaurants are within walking distance, and meal delivery is also available.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, checks, holiday vouchers, e-holiday vouchers, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

  • What type of beach is nearby? ?

The hotel is near the beach, 800 m from a long, gently sloping, supervised sandy beach with changing rooms, a kids' club, and a swimming pool during the summer school holidays.

  • What are the cleaning services?

Between a short-stay hotel and a short-stay hotel, we have two options:
- Stays of up to 3 nights – Hotel package: express daily cleaning, towel change on request, full end-of-stay cleaning
- Stays of 4 nights or more – Residential package: towel change on request, linen change every 7 nights, full end-of-stay cleaning, express cleaning option: €15
