Thanks to the partnerships we have developed with the artisans and shopkeepers of Saint Jean de Monts and its surrounding areas, we primarily offer fresh, local, and organic products, both sweet and savory.

On the breakfast menu, throughout the day: hot drinks, fruit juices from Vendée, fresh fruit and homemade fruit salad, breads, pastries, and brioche straight from the bakery, organic crepes, organic mueslis and granolas, organic yogurts and fromage blanc, organic hard-boiled eggs, cheeses, cold meats, jams, and honey from Vendée...
